Usage Process

Step 01

Power On and Pair

Press and hold the power button for about 2–3 seconds until the power indicator light turns on. Then enter the system settings to turn on Bluetooth, search for devices and connect.

Step 02

Set Printing Parameters

Set the printing parameters according to your needs, including paper width, density and the number of prints. The SDK and modification tools allow further customization.

Step 03

Print and Tear

Transfer the data via Bluetooth to the thermal printer portable. Tear the receipt horizontally along the serrated edge at the paper outlet. Remove gently and do not forcibly pull it.

What should I do if I can't connect to Bluetooth?

If you encounter a connection problem, it is recommended to turn off the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and printer simultaneously. After turning on the device, re-pair it.

What should I do if there is a paper jam?

Don't pull it forcefully! First, turn off the power, open the paper tray cover, and gently pull out the jammed paper in the direction of the paper exit. If there are remaining paper scraps, you can use tweezers to pick them out, or use a thin tool to clean them. Avoid damaging the blade head of the Bluetooth receipt printer for Android.

How long can it last after one charge?

The battery life depends on the battery capacity and usage frequency. If it is intermittent use, it is basically charged once a week. With the 1500mAh battery, a full charge prints 200–250m at a density of no more than 12.5%, or 80–100mm at a density of no more than 25%.

What paper does this printer use?
