Q: If the printed characters are blurry or incomplete, and there are white stripes, how to deal with it?

A: First, rule out whether it is a problem with the machine. You can wipe the rubber roller and thermal head of the ticket printer with alcohol. If it still doesn't work, increase the printing concentration and gray level in the driver settings, and then check if the thermal paper is damp or of poor quality.

Q: What causes garbled characters when printing?

A: It is usually due to incompatible encodings. Please check that the character sets of the printer driver and the APP are consistent.

Q: Can 58mm and 80mm sized papers be used?

A: No. The width of the print head is fixed. Please make sure to use the paper width as indicated on the machine label. Improper use may cause damage to the machine.
