Structural Features

A 203 dpi thermal printer is obtained on a single printed circuit board consisting of a Bluetooth module, a motherboard control unit and a power management chip. It is equipped with a 58 mm dedicated fixed-cut thermal print head and a temperature sensor for controlling the heating points, capable of accurately printing 208 dots.

We offer two configuration options, namely manual paper tearing or automatic paper cutter. The paper box cover adopts a convenient snap-on or magnetic closure design, and can be selected and configured.


How Do We Control the Quality of Thermal Printers?

This mini Bluetooth printer for iPhones features an ABS or PC alloy casing and internal gear frame, manufactured using injection molding. To ensure product quality, we maintain extremely strict control over the dimensional tolerances of each printer throughout the production process.
