Routine Maintenance

Please make sure to first turn off the power and open the cover. Use a dedicated cleaning tool to gently wipe the black heating strips on the print head surface. When printing fails, remove the paper debris, toner, and oil stains attached inside to prevent the sensor from generating false alarms due to obstruction.

If the automatic cutting blade becomes dull or sticky, drop a very small amount of sewing oil or special lubricating oil at the blade edge to maintain the flexibility of the cutting blade assembly and effectively prevent paper jams.
