Manufacturing Crafts

The entire model's casing is made of ABS/PC material. It is manufactured by an injection molding machine to produce components such as the top cover, bottom cover and paper tray cover. After deburring and polishing, they are assembled with rubber rollers, cutters and the print head fixed on the mechanical support. The transmission gears are connected and installed properly. Daily Maintenance

Peite has summarized the maintenance of thermal printer Bluetooth as follows:

1. The thermal paper should be stored in a dry and cool place to avoid direct sunlight which may cause the ink to get damp or fade. Our suggestion is to use a cotton swab to gently wipe the print head after changing the paper roll. If you notice "white lines" in the printed text or uneven characters, it indicates a problem.

2. To ensure smooth paper feeding without any jams, we recommend cleaning the rubber rollers once a week.

3. Even if not in use, do not let the battery run completely flat. It is necessary to charge regularly to prevent the device from not turning on due to prolonged power failure.
